HEADS UP: Concussion in High Schools Sports Heads Up is a free program run by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for physicians, on-field medical personnel and coaches to improve concussion awareness, diagnosis, treatment and outcomes. Toolkits, specialized for physicians, and high school and youth sports coaches, include information on signs and symptoms, prevention and preparation, what to do in the event of a concussion and managing outcomes in athletes. |
