This month, we launched our new website for ActiveStep®. ActiveStep® is an instrumented treadmill that uses rapid belt movements to induce slips, trips, and falls. Based on over 25 years of NIH-funded research, ActiveStep® is popular among researchers and clinicians for dynamic perturbation training aimed at fall prevention. ActiveStep® comes with many features such as configurable speed and perturbation capabilities, built-in trunk motion analysis, and the ability to sync with your motion capture, EMG or other data collection systems.
